‘Continental Renner Racing’ was already at home on racetracks around the world in the 1960s and 1970s .
We at BMTR are now very pleased to present this new tyre range.
The tyre was developed to ensure safe, fair racing based on the strict specifications set down by the FIA. The tyre has been listed in Appendix K for 2023.
The Continental Renner Racing is built exclusively in the USA, where Continental have been exclusively producing racing tires for over 60 years.
A large part of our production has always been bias-ply, which are manufactured in 3 shifts a day, 7 days a week. In this way, Continental ensure that the tyres supplied to their customers are of a high quality and consistently reliable product run after run, set after set.
On the circuit this means: the Continental Renner Racing is very consistent over a race distance and it offers ideal feedback to the driver, which in turn gives confidence to the driver.
In intensive tests and within the framework of the technical specifications of the FIA, the Continental Renner Racing has proven to be a product that is perfectly tailored to historic vehicles.
We look forward to seeing this tire back on the world’s circuits in the future.
